Visa Debit Card: request your debit card

DSB Visa Debit Cards can be used for purchases and ATM withdrawals. The blue DSB debit cards are issued on personal checking accounts, and the green DSB debit cards are issued on business/commercial checking accounts. The transaction amount is quickly and safely debited from your linked DSB checking account. You potentially save money when you use your free debit card compared to checks you may have to purchase. Unauthorized charges are protected by Visa's Zero Liability Guarantee.

To minimize card fraud risk, the bank uses the CSI Card Sentry service to monitor authorization activity and transactions that are "outside the norm" of a card holder's usage trend. If a transaction is made that is outside the norm of regular use, you may receive a phone call from CSI Card Sentry, confirming authorization validity. Card usage could be blocked if transactions are outside normal activity. The best way to avoid this is to let DSB know or report it yourself in DSBconnect > Manage Cards of any large or unusual purchases you plan to make with your card, and to let us know ahead of time when you will be traveling outside the Midwest U.S. region (and all foreign travel) and using your card.
