Checks Drawn by Denison State Bank

STOLEN: For stolen checkbooks/checks, notify the main bank bookkeeping department at 1-800-633-2423. We will need to know the range of check numbers lost/stolen. Stop-payment orders can be placed on outstanding items for $25.00 each. For maximum protection, we recommend that the account be closed and a new one opened.

For a $20.00 fee, the bank can monitor the account daily for suspicious activity for up to six weeks while you are attempting to relocate the checks/checkbook. Once you determine that the checks are lost, you can choose to order new checks, or you can close the account and open a new account with new checks for maximum identity protection.
